Everything you need to know before booking.
We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for weddings and large events, and 4–6 weeks for workshops and smaller gatherings. Peak season (May–October) fills up quickly!
We can work either way. We're happy to source spirits through our preferred partners (passed through at cost), or we can create a custom cocktail menu using spirits you provide. We always provide the mixers, syrups, garnishes, and ingredients.
We're based in Sonoma County and primarily serve Sonoma, Napa, Marin, and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. For destinations outside this area, please reach out — we love a good adventure.
Absolutely. Every cocktail menu includes non-alcoholic craft options, and we can easily accommodate vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Just let us know when booking.
Our pricing includes bartender(s), all non-alcoholic ingredients (fresh juices, house-made syrups, garnishes, mixers), bar setup and styling, glassware, and cleanup. Spirits can be included or BYO.
Yes! For celebrations and grand affairs, we include a complimentary pre-event tasting where we finalize your cocktail menu together. For gatherings, tastings are available for an additional fee.
